In accordance with Articles 47 to 53 of Book VI ‘Market Practices and Consumer Protection’ of the Code of Economic Law (CDE), the buyer has the right to notify Salut! Ça va? SA that he/she is withdrawing from the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the goods.
To do this, the consumer must simply inform the company Salut ! Ca va ? SA by e-mail on shop@lechat.com, by telephone on +32 (0)2 639 23 16, by post to the company's head office, rue Elise 87, 1050 Brussels or via the withdrawal form that can be downloaded HERE.
The company Salut! Ca va? SA will then provide the buyer with a pre-stamped slip for returning the goods by post.
Once the goods have been received, Salut ! Ça va ? SA will immediately proceed with the reimbursement of the items ordered for the amount indicated on the order form, including shipping costs, using the method of payment used by the buyer at the time of the order.
